摘    要:采用提拉 -光化学还原法制备了Pd -TiO2 /ITO催化膜 ,用XRD、SEM、紫外 -可见吸收光谱和光电流对Pd -TiO2 /ITO光电催化膜进行了表征 ,以甲酸为对象考察了Pd -TiO2 /ITO膜在不同条件下催化氧化有机污染物的活性。结果表明 ,与纯TiO2 /ITO膜相比 ,Pd -TiO2 /ITO膜不仅具有很高的光催化和光电催化活性 ,同时还表现出常温常压下对甲酸降解的非光催化活性。

Abstract:Pd-TiO 2/ITO films are preparedby a dip-coating and subsequent photo-deposition procedure. The Pd-TiO 2/ITO film is well characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra and photocurrent. The catalytic activity of the composite film is investigated by using catalytic oxidation of formic acid as a model reaction. The results showed that the Pd-TiO 2/ITO film not only possess higher photocatalytic and photoelectrocatalytic activities, compared with bared TiO 2/ITO film, but also showed a certain non-photocatalytic activity towards HCOOH degradation at room temperature and atmosphere pressure.
