负载型催化剂上丙烷选择氧化制丙烯酸的研究

摘    要:制备了负载型氧化物催化剂AgyBi1-x-yV1-3xMo3xΦxO4/Al2O3,并用于丙烷选择氧化制丙烯酸反应。考察了反应温度、负载量、掺杂离子对催化剂反应性能的影响。研究发现,w(AgyBi1-x-yV1-3xMo3xΦxO4)=40%、y=0 01的负载型催化剂在400℃下反应时,丙烷转化率为20 2%,丙烯酸选择性为8 6%。同时,对非负载型催化剂AgyBi1-x-yV1-3xMo3xΦxO4进行了对比研究和表征,结果表明,负载Al2O3载体能改善催化剂的表面结构,提高催化剂的反应性能。

Abstract:Supported oxide catalyst of Ag_yBi_1-x-yV_1-3xMo_3xΦ_xO_4/Al_2O_3 was prepared for selective oxidation of propane to acrylic acid.The influence of reaction temperature,loadings and doping of monovalent metal on the catalytic activity was investigated.With the supported oxide catalyst,when w(Ag_yBi_1-x-yV_1-3xMo_3xΦ_xO_4)=40% and y=0.01,20.2% conversion of propane and 8.6% selectivity for acrylic acid were obtained at 400 ℃.For comparison,non-supported catalyst of Ag_yBi_1-x-yV_1-3xMo_3xΦ_xO_4 was studied and characterized.It was found that the supported oxide catalyst shows better character of surface and catalytic performance than non-supported one.
