| Abstract: | This paper gives brief introduction of extreme programming (XP) methodology. In development of the projects, XP plans many software releases and focuses on the smallest set of the most valuable functions in each release. It is very effective to the projects with unspecific requirements initially or with changing requirements. It can not only shorten the development period but also decrease the venture. And the authors have successfully used it in a practical development. |
