稀土氧化物对WO_3-Bi_2O_3催化剂性能的影响

摘    要:在WO3 Bi2 O3 催化剂中加入镧系稀土氧化物 ,并在固定床反应器中考察了稀土氧化物对异丁烯转化成甲基丙烯醛的影响。较佳的实验条件为 :反应温度 4 10℃ ,异丁烯在原料气中的浓度 10 % ,稀土氧化物添加量 15 % ,原料气流速 30mL/min。实验表明 ,添加CeO2 、Eu2 O3 及Tb4O7后 ,可明显提高异丁烯转化率和生成甲基丙烯醛的选择性

Abstract:Lanthanoide oxides were mixed in the WO 3 Bi 2O 3 catalyst respectively, and their influences on the catalytic performance for selective oxidation of isobutene to methacrolein were studied in the fixed bed reactor. The optimal conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 410 ℃, concentration of isobutene in the reactant gases 10%, LnO x mass fraction in WO 3 Bi 2O 3 catalysts 15% and flow rate of the reactant gases 30 mL/min. The experimental results showed that the conversion of isobutene and the selectivity for methacrolein were improved by adding CeO 2, Eu 2O 3 and Tb 4O 7.
