摘    要:为减轻或消除薄板坯水平连铸的宏观偏析、疏松和夹杂等凝固缺陷,探讨了结晶器电磁搅拌改善凝固组织和成分均匀性的效果以优化连铸工艺.用水银替代高温金属熔液进行物理模拟实验,考察了磁场和电流的施加方式和分布,水银搅拌(流动)的流态和流速,以及与搅拌电流的关系等.

Abstract:In order to relieve or erase the defects of macro segregation, shrinkage porosity and inclusion in the thin slab by horizontal continuous casting, and to optimize the casting process and reach the results of the improved solidification structure and homogenized composition, the electromagnetic stirring technique could be applied to the liquid steel in the mould. A physical simulation experiment of electromagnetic stirring in horizontal continuous casting was conducted, in which the molten metal was displaced by mercury. The distribution of magnetic field and electric current in the mercury, the flow behavior and the velocity of the mercury, and the relations of stirring velocity of the mercury with the current were investigated.
