风光互补独立电源控制器的设计

摘    要:依据风光互补独立电源控制器的基本原理和工作方式,以及蓄电池的充电特性和放电特性,设计了蓄电池的充电装置和检测装置,以实现对蓄电池正常充电和控制;并且详细介绍了作为主控器的可编程控制器PLC及其程序的编写。

Abstract:This paper, according to the basic principle and working mode of wind and solar, including charging and discharging characteristics of battery, designed charging and detecting device of battery to realize the functions of charging and control. Furthermore programmable logical controller PIE and its program was introduced in detail.
