Practice and Experience of Producing Sirofil Hollow Yarn

Technology key points of producing Sirofil hollow yarn were discussed. Because water-soluble fibre could melt in hot water,ring spinning frame was modified,hollow yarn was spun by Sirofil method. It is pointed out that the key points are modification of spinning frame and correct operation,the insurance is parameter optimization,spinning device should be optimized and production management should be strengthened to ensure finish yarn quality and improve production efficiency. Vinylon-solution parameter of hollow yarn should be made correctly to reach product style needs.
