直流变频制冷压缩机绕组温度测试研究

摘    要:本文对直流变频制冷压缩机能采用的绕组温度测试方法进行对比验证,确定最能反映直流变频制冷压缩机绕组温度的测试方法,并对制冷剂灌注量与压缩机绕组温度的曲线关系进行拟合,找出直流变频制冷压缩机绕组温度最高点,以期设置相关保护程序避免直流变频制冷压缩机长期在绕组温度较高情况下运转。

Abstract:The paper make a contrast test on Winding Temperature Test Method of DC frequency conversion refrigeration compressor,to find the best test method to reflect the winding temperature of DC frequency conversion refrigeration compressor,and match the Curve Trend of perfusion amount of Refrigerant with it of Winding Temperature of Compressor,to find the highest point of Winding Temperature,to set related protection procedure to avoid DC Frequency Conversion Refrigeration Compressor to run under the condition that temperature is higher than the normal in the long term.
