卡口电连接器的砂尘环境可靠性技术研究

摘    要:砂尘试验是评估产品在飞散尘埃的大气中抵抗尘埃微粒渗透的能力。按照GJB 150的要求,开展卡口电连接器的吹尘和吹砂试验,并对试验前后各项相关参数的测试结果进行对比分析。结果表明,广泛应用的卡口电连接器在吹尘试验条件下容易进入砂尘,引起接触电阻、连接扭矩和外壳弹簧爪力等性能的恶化,特别是大芯数电连接器的外壳弹簧爪力容易引起失效,建议在以后的卡口电连接器检验中将外壳弹簧爪力纳入考核项目中。

Abstract:Sand and dust test is to evaluate the penetrating resistance of the product in the flying dust environment. The blowing sand and dust testis applied to bayonet connectors according to the GJB150, and the relevant parameters of the electrical connector are analyzed before and after the test. It is found that the sand and dust can easilypenetrate into the bayonet electrical connector,which can cause the performance deterioration of the contact resistance, connection torque and shell spring finger force, especially the large number of cores of the electrical connector. It is recommended that the shell spring finger force should be added into the test of the bayonet electrical connector.
