炼油厂管道超声导波在线检测技术应用

摘    要:以超声导波检测技术理论为基础,结合在炼油厂管道的超声导波检测实验,介绍几种典型炼油厂管道检测实验情况,并对结果进行了分析。通过实验结果,总结出超声导波检测技术在炼油厂管道检测中的优势,得出该技术是炼油厂管道检测的一种具有很强适用性方法的结论。

Abstract:Based on the theory of ultrasonic guided wave inspection technology,combined ultrasonic guided waves experiments,several typical refinery pipeline inspection experimental situations were introduced,and the results were analyzed.The advantages of refinery pipeline ultrasonic guided wave testing technique were summarized.The conclusion is that the technology was very suitable for refinery pipe inspection was obtained.
