亚稳态奥氏体不锈钢封头应力开裂分析

摘    要:对低温条件下使用的亚稳态奥氏体封头在使用后不久产生的开裂原因进行了详细分析,指出了在内应力及复杂介质条件下采用亚稳态奥氏体不锈钢,其封头的成型工艺会直接影响产品质量,并提出了改进措施.

Abstract:The reason on stress cracking of sub-stabilization austenitic stainless steel elliptical head at the low temperature condition was analyzed.At the condition of inner stress and complex medium,the molding process of elliptical head could direct infect the quality of production for sub-stabilization austenitic stainless steel.Some corresponding measurements were proposed.
