无折流板扭曲扁管热交换器传热与流阻特性试验研究

摘    要:某无折流板热交换器的换热管采用扭曲扁管,其扭曲扁管截面短长轴比bi/ai=0.6,扭曲比S/de=13.22、扭矩S=230mm。以水为介质,对此无折流板热交换器管、壳程传热和流阻性能进行试验研究,并与光管热交换器进行比较。结果表明,随着雷诺数的增大,扭曲扁管管程传热系数比同型号光管提高32.18%,管程压降也迅速增加;壳程传热系数有所下降,压降也明显降低。

Abstract:Twisted tube was applied to the unbaffled heat exchangers,major to minor axes ratio of cross section bi/ai is 0.6 and twisted ratio S/de=13.22,torque S=230mm.Experimental research was conducted on the heat transfer and flow friction properties in both tube side and shell side and compared with the plain tube heat exchanger.The results shows that with the increased of Re the heat transfer coefficient will improve 32.18% and the pressure drop of tube side will increase rapidly,and the increase of heat transfe...
