| 摘 要： | 分析了离心式压缩机运行过程中空气冷凝水的析出原因及其危害，认为通过比较各流道压缩截面上空气冷凝水析出量的理论计算值和实际值，可以分析判断离心式压缩机在实际运行过程中各段空气冷凝水析出量是否在合理的范围之内，进而掌握压缩机运行参数是否合理与可靠，判断中间冷却器是否存在内漏并对其运行周期和需要停机检修的时间进行确认，由此达到提高离心式压缩机长周期平稳运行可靠性的目的。
