基于有限元法对带接管压力容器的可靠性分析

摘    要:运用ANSYS的可靠性分析功能,对带接管压力容器的可靠性进行数值模拟,得出容器的可靠度、峰值应力的概率分布、设计参数的灵敏度等信息。通过与可靠度的公式计算结果进行对比,得出模拟结果能更直观地反映实际可靠度。

Abstract:By using the ANSYS reliability analysis function,numerical simulation to reliability of one pressure vessel with nozzle was analyzed.The information of the reliability degree of vessel,the probability distribution of peak stress and the sensitivity of design parameters were obtained.Compared with the result calculated based on reliability formula,the simulation result is more intuitive and authentic for reflecting the real reliability.
