摘    要:为数众多的计算颗粒最小流态化速度口。t的公式大体上分为3类:第1类以Ergun公式为基础,引入经验系数加以修正;第2类以某种流体力学关系为基础;第3类属于纯经验公式。这3种类型中,以第1类公式有较大范围之Ar适应性,比较适用。提出一种属于Ergun型的计算公式,从目前掌握的实验数据看来,比工程界广泛应用的WenandYu式用于计算液一固流态化系统有更高的精确性,最大偏差小于7.63%,均方差为5.27%,而且对球形与非球形颗粒都适用。

Abstract:A lot of existing formulas for calculating the minimum fluidization velocity vmf in a liquid-solid system falls into three categories.The first category is based on the Ergun equation.The second category is based on some other type of fluid dynamics,and the third category is pure empirical.Judged by experimental data,the first category can be used in a wider range of Ar or Remf numbers.A formula is proposed for solid-liquid fluidization system,which is of the Ergun type,however it has a higher accuracy over...
