大型升船机船箱门静力与疲劳有限元分析

摘    要:应用结构强度理论和疲劳设计原理,采用有限元方法对某大型升船机船箱门的静力与疲劳性能进行了分析。首先根据疲劳设计理论确定了计算中的若干参数,其次按照使用要求分析了各种工况,最后建立了弧型闸门的有限元模型,运用结构分析软件ANSYS对各种工况进行了数值模拟分析。计算结果表明,该弧型闸门在使用年限内,在疲劳和静力学强度方面能够满足使用要求。

Abstract:This paper analyzes dead force and fatigue in chamber gate of ship - lift based on structure strength and fatigue design theories, and finite element method. First it determines some parameters for calculation according to fatigue design theory, then analyzes different conditions, finally builds finite element model of arc chamber gate and carries out the numerical simulation analysis under different conditions with the structure analysis software ANSYS. The results show that the gate is able to meet fatigue and strength requirement during the whole service life.
