| 摘 要： | 中德造林项目以参与式林业、生态林业、林业可持续发展等理论为指导，采取国际通行的项目管理和运作形式的惯例和做法，通过具体实施，使宁夏从营林理念、管理水平、林业技术、人才培养、脱贫致富等方面上了一个新台阶，并在人工造林、封山育林、防风固沙以及水利工程建设、技术推广等方面产生了较大的生态和社会效益．

| Abstract: | Sino-German Afforestation Ningxia Project implemented under the the oretical guidance of participating forestry,eco-forestry and sustainable devel opment of forestry. Both management and operation adopted an international conve ntion and project management. With the project implementation of Ningxia forestr y,it had raised understanding of afforestation and management standards,affore station techniques and methodologies,staff training,and also benefiting from d eveloping forestry. It has made much progress in both ecological and social sign ificance. |
