| Abstract: | The phase noise is one of the essential parameters in Vo ltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO). This paper presents the characteristics of t he phase noise in the VCO and carries out the analysis for time- invariant and time- variant phase noise model. In addition, this paper provides important ins ights concerning the optimization of the phase noise. |
