复杂选煤过程综合自动化系统框架与实施现状

针对选煤厂在进行生产系统自动化改造时生产经营信息化管理系统没有成熟模式的现实,总结近两年进行选煤厂信息化管理的经验,提出了选煤厂综合自动化系统框架、框架各部分的主要研究内容及其发展现状。指出今后综合自动化的主要任务是开发软件系统和信息集成平台,目的是综合利用在线和离线信息,实现决策支持和产品质量控制。

Frame of Comprehensive Automation System for Complicated Coal Cleaning Processes and Current State of Its Implement

In view of the fact that when reformation of a coal preparation plant is conducted to effect automation control of production system,there has not existed a perfect model for information management system of production operation,it is necessary to set up a desired model of automatic control system for information management of coal preparation plant.Therefore,based on the experiences of the two-year practice in information management of coal preparation plant,the paper describes the frame of comprehensive automation of coal preparation plant,the main components of each part of the frame to be studied and its current development state.It is pointed that,the major target in effecting comprehensive automation is to develop software system and information integration platform with the aim of comprehensive utilization of on-line and off-line information to effect decision support and control of product quality.
