CFRP-方钢管高强混凝土中长柱的轴压性能

摘    要:目的研究内置CFRP圆管的方钢管高强混凝土轴压中长柱的受力全过程,得出内置CFRP圆管的方钢管高强混凝土轴压中长柱的工作机理和静力性能,为更进一步的研究奠定基础.方法在6根内置CFRP圆管的方钢管高强混凝土轴压中长柱试验的基础上,比较分析了6种构件不同的破坏形态、荷载—纵向应变曲线、荷载—横向应变曲线以及各种因素对承载力的影响.结果在加载过程中,对比于同等尺寸的普通方钢管高强混凝土构件,构件的弹性段明显增加,构件的破坏形态均为失稳破坏,达到极限承载力后,构件的承载力有反弹.结论CFRP的存在有效地延缓和抑制了高强混凝土中剪切斜裂缝的产生,使方钢管的约束作用得到充分发挥,内置CFRP圆管轴压中长柱的极限承载能力相比于普通方钢管高强混凝土轴压中长柱有了显著的提高.

Abstract:The article studies the working mechanism and static performance of mid-height columns of high-concrete filled square steel tubular with inner CFRP tube and lays foundation for future research.In this essay,based on the experimental study on 6mid-height columns of high-concrete filled square steel tubular with inner CFRP tube,the limit loading of this component is analyzed from the viewpoint of the influence of the steel factor and the ratio of length and width of the square steel tubular and finally the experiential method of calculating the limit load of the axial compressing mid-height columns of high-concrete filled square steel tubular with inner CFRP circular tube is obtained,which is in accordance with the increasing rate of limit loading and steel factor and the relationship between the ratio of length and width of the square steel tubular after the data is regressed.The research shows that axial compressing mid-height columns of high-concrete filied square steel tubular with inner CFRP circular tube is efficient of get higher strength of high-concrete and the brittleness of high-concrete is markedly improved,compared with that of the common axial compressing mid-height columns of high-concrete filled square steel tubular.Its ductility is improved to some extent as well.
