基于锁相环模型的永磁同步电机无传感器控制

摘    要:永磁同步电机由于其转速和电压能够保持严格同步的关系,使得它在很多领域都有广泛的应用.但是,由于同步电机容易失步的缺点,在很大程度上限制了它的应用领域.解决这一问题普遍的做法是加装电机转子位置传感器.为了使电机尺寸标准化,减少电路硬件,越来越多的人开始研究同步电机的无速度传感器控制.本文介绍了适用于永磁同步电机转子转速与位置检测的数学模型,该数学模型是从锁相环的数学模型中借助于计算机或数字处理系统推导出来的,通过检测电机的电流和电压信号,从中提取与电机转子位置有关的信息,用以达到无速度传感器控制的目的.

Abstract:Because of the synchronous feature between the speed and the voltage, Permanent Magnet Synchromotor (PMSM) is applied widely. However, the shortcoming that it is easy to lose the position of the rotor has become an obstacle of application. One solution is to add a rotor position sensor to the synchromotor. In this sense, considering the size of the motor, to remove the sensor in the PMSM is becoming a popular topic. This paper has made a general introduction of the arithmetic model of the rotor position sensor in PMSM, which is based on the PLL (Phase Locked Loop) model. With the help of the computers or DSP, by testing the current and the voltage, the motor can estimate the position of the rotor without a sensor.
