摘    要:电机的定子轴承滚珠破损后,容易造成电机的转子偏心转动产生事故.应用小波变换对滚珠声音信号进行分析,以找出能量与破损滚珠尺寸之间精确的对应关系.

Abstract:The rotor of motor can easily run eccentrically once the balls of motor stator bearing are broken, which, thus, can easily cause the motor trouble. Using wavelet transform to analyze sound signals of balls can effectively find out the precise corresponding relationship between the sound energy and the size of broken balls, so that any motor trouble can be prevented.
