摘    要:在活性染料连续轧染生产中,经常会产生头尾色差、色光波动以及色牢度差等问题。染料的直接性是影响头尾色差的主要因素,可依据测试染料的直接性,计算轧槽染液的浓度,并确定追加和冲淡,制订改进措施;色泽波动的主要影响因素为轧槽液位、车速、预烘和固色;解决色牢度问题除仔细筛选染料外,还应采用湿摩擦牢度增进剂进行处理。

Abstract:In reactive pad dyeing process, problems always occur during operation, including tailing, color variation and poor color fastness. Substantivity of dye is the main reason for tailing, the testing method of substantivity, calculation of dye concentration in pad trough, as well as adding method are introduced, corresponding measures are put forward. Liquor level in trough, speed, predry and fixation are the main reasons for color variation. To enhance the color fastness, promoter to wet rubbing fastness is used besides carefully selecting the dyestuffs.
