基于ANSYS的轻型载货汽车车架模态分析

摘    要:利用Pro/E软件进行边梁式车架零件的CAD建模。考虑到零件装配搭接效果,采用构件装配方法建立车架三维模型。应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对车架进行了模态分析,计算了该车架自由状态下的固有频率及振型特性对整车性能的影响。在ANSYS中用耦合来模拟车架纵、横梁以及连接板之间的铆接,单元类型采用的是板壳单元SHELL63。车架有限元模型正确性通过实验得到了验证。

Abstract:The CAD model of the frame was set up by Pro/E. The parts were assembled to 3D vehicle frame considering effects of their connections. The modal analysis was studied by ANSYS, and analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the light - truck frame based on the natural frequencies, modal shapes and experimental modal analysis. Coupling in ANSYS is used to simulate rivet joints and element type is SHELL63. Experimental modal analysis confirmed that the FEM model is reliable.
