私募基金在我国的发展

随着投资需求的日益增长，私募基金越来越受到风险的投资者偏好，它通过非公开发行的方式，向少数特定投资人募集资金设立基金，聚拢社会闲散资金和过剩资本，获取高额利润收入。本文通过对私募基金特点的分析，以及对于在我国法律框架和国情背景下私募基金存在的一些问题的研究，总结出不同类型私募基金的不同发展路径选择。

The Development of Privately Offered Fund in China

With the ever-increasing development of investment demand, some investors are more and satisfied with privately offered funds. Through raising money from few special people in an unpublic manner, privately offered funds gather unused social funds and surplus capital together and then make huge profits. This thesis analyses the features of privately offered funds, and does some research about the problems of privately offered fund which exist in our legal framework. Different ways to develop privately offered funds are concluded.
