摘    要:近场光学显微镜是对于常规光学显微镜的革命。它不用光学透镜成像 ,而用探针的针尖在样品表面上方扫描获得样品表面的信息。分析了传统光学显微镜与近场光学显微镜成像原理的物理本质和两种显微镜系统结构的异同点。介绍了光纤探针的制作方法。重点讨论了近场探测原理、光学隧道效应及非辐射场的性质

Abstract:Near field optical microscopy is a revolution in the domain of the optical microscopy.Based on scanning sample surfaces using the tip of optical probe,it obtained the imagine information about the object surface.The essential principle and system structure were compared in common optical microscopy and near field optical microscopy.It is introduced that methods of the fabrication of optical fiber probes.It is mainly discussed that the principle of near field detection and the optical tunneling effect.It is emphatically discussed that properties of non radiating fields. WT5HZ]Key words:WT5BZ]scanning near field optical microscopy,optical microscopy,principle of near field detection,cantilevered optical fiber probe.ity of Science and Technology, Wuhan 430074,China) Abstract: For solving the magnetic saturation problem of traditional current transducers using in protection relay, a new type of current transducer, active optical current transducer, is proposed and its principle is dissertated from theories and validated by experiments.It is proved out from the results of experiments that AOCT may become the important part of new generation current transformers for digitalization protection relay for its simple optical structure, high insulation strength, well linearity, fast response, no magnetic saturation, better practicability, small in volume and light in weight. The project is financed by the fund of across century excellent personnel training program of national education department of China.
