小波变换与中值滤波相结合图像去噪方法

摘    要:为了很好地保持图像的边缘细节,在对二维图像去噪平滑的过程中,采用基于小波变换和中值滤波相结合的图像去噪处理方法.将含有复杂噪声的图像首先进行小波分解,对各频带的子图像采用不同的阈值(软阈值和硬阈值)进行中值滤波处理,在去除图像噪声的同时,较好地保持了图像所包含的边缘信息.经实验证明,对二维图像的处理效果优于单一的小波变换去噪或中值滤波等方法.在由相干切片数据形成的二维地震图像处理中得到了应用,提高了地震解释的效率.

Abstract:To keep the edge information of the original image during filtering noises of the image,the wavelet transformation combining with the median filtering was employed to process images containing complex noises.The original image containing complex noises was firstly divided by wavelet,and then its sub-images with different frequencies were processed by median filtering with different thresholds(soft and hard threshold).This method maintained the edge information and de-noised the noises of the image at the same time.The experiment proves that its result is better than that of applying wavelet transformation or median filtering only.This algorithm has been applied to process two-dimensional seismic images formed by coherent slice data,and improves the efficiency of the seismic interpretation.
