大豆低聚糖精制工艺的研究

摘    要:用乙醇溶剂法从大豆脱脂豆粕中提取大豆浓缩蛋白,以此大豆乳清液为原料,浓缩除醇后得到大豆低聚糖粗糖液,经过络合沉淀法除蛋白、离子交换树脂脱盐、活性炭脱色等一系列的纯化处理,浓缩后得到大豆低聚糖成品.系统介绍了大豆低聚糖生产工艺参数,使其能进入工业化规模生产.

Abstract:Extraction soybean consentration proteins from defatted soybean meals with ethanol solvent,using the soybean whey as row material,gained crude soybean oligosaccharide after alcohol was removed by consentration.A series of purifications such as complexprecipitating proteins,desalting with ion exchange resin and decolorizing with active carbon etc.are given.The process technique and parameters of soybean oligosaccharides are presented so as to be applied to large-scale industrial production.
