硬度与金属组织对超声波加工工具材料磨损的影响

摘    要:通过对玻璃进行超声波加工,研究了硬度,金属组织对超声波加工工具材料磨损影响的规律。试验表明磨损率是由多因素决定的,硬度与其磨损率呈非线性关系。金相组织也是影响磨损率的因素之一,在试验条件下中碳钢中综合力学性能好的金属组织磨损率较低。

Abstract:This paper researches on the rule of the influence on the wearing of tool material for ultrasonic machining on the hardeness and structures by means of ultrasonic machine to glass. The experiments show that wearing rate is determined by several facts. The non linear relationship between hardness and wear rate and metal structure serve as one of the facts. Under the experimental conditions, the metal structure with better comprehensive mechanics proporties has lower wearing rate among the medium carbon steels.
