50.8%苯·二甲可湿性粉剂有效成分的高效液相色谱定量分析

摘    要:为解决生产中对复配除草剂50.8%苯·二甲可湿性粉剂质量的及时控制问题,采用高效液相色谱法,使用C18柱,以乙腈-水-冰乙酸为流动相在230nm波长下用紫外检测器检测,用外标法对两种活性成分苯磺隆和2甲4氯钠进行了定量分析。结果表明,该法简便、快捷、准确,苯磺隆和2甲4氯钠的相对标准偏差分别为0.014和0.059,变异系数分别为1.7%和0.26%,平均回收率分别为99.5%和98.6%。

Abstract:In order to control the quality of a composite herbiside-50. 8% tribenuron-methyl and MCPA-Na WP during the production, a convenient, accurate and efficient method was developed for the simultaneous determination of the contents of tribenuron-methyl and MCPA-Na by HPLC with C18 column, acetonitrile-H2O-glacial acetic acid moving phase and UV absorbance detector under the same conditions. The standard deviations of tribenuron-methyl and MCPA-Na was 0. 014 and 0. 059, the variation coefficients are 1.7% and 0. 26% , and the recoveries are is 99. 5% and 98. 6% respectively.
