Fe-Mn-Si形状记忆合金管接头研究

摘    要:采用Fe-28Mn-4Si(加Mg)形状记忆合金热轧无缝管制成管接头,管接头内径平均变形量5.6%时,形状恢复率为38.68%,管接头与被接管连接后,具有高的连接强度及良好的密封性,在材料试验机上需1.75t的力才能将连接好的被接管一端拉出,并且管接头承受4MPa压力不泄漏。

Abstract:Pipe joints made of the Fe 28Mn 4Si(adding Mg)shape memory alloy(SMA) seamless steel tube has been studied in this paper.When the inner radus of steel tube is expanded by 5.6%,the strain recovery ratio will be 38.68%,and this strain recovery ratio is enough for using as pipe joints.The pulling test and leakage test results show that the pipe joints have high joint strength and good leakproofness.
