重钢50 t转炉炉壳温度场及热应力分析

摘    要:对重钢50t转炉进行了炉壳(炉身段)温度场及热应力分析,提出了通过加隔热层石棉板降低炉壳表面温度的方法,当石棉板的厚度为30mm左右时,就可以改善炉壳的温度场及应力分布状况,降低炉壳的蠕变变形。

Abstract:The present paper analyzes the temperature field and thermal stress of the shell of 50 t converter in Chongqing Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd and puts forward the method and suggestion to reduce the shell temperature by increasing the thickness of the insulation layer of the asbestos boards.As soon as the thicknesss of the asbestos board increases to 30 min the temperature field and stress field distribution conditions will be greatly improved and the creep deformation rate of the converter shell reduced correspondingly as well.
