摘    要:综述了含硅钢材表面状态因素对热浸镀锌反应活性的影响,这些因素包括亚表面氧化、表面粗糙度、表面残余应力、表面晶粒位向及表面组织结构等.结果表明,对于热轧状态的含硅钢材,亚表面氧化和表面粗糙度对热浸镀锌有明显的影响.对于其它因素的影响,目前尚无统一看法.

Abstract:This article reviews the influence of surface properties of silicon containing steels on the reactivity of hot dip galvanizing reaction. These properties include subsurface oxidation, surface roughness, surface residual stress, surface orientation and surface structure, etc. The results show that the subsurface oxidation and surface roughness of hot-rolled steels containing silicon have distinct influence on the reactivity of the hot dip galvanizing reaction, but there are not consistent opinions on the influence of other properties.
