甜菜抗(感)丛根病品种苗期某些生理生化特性差异的研究

摘    要:对甜菜抗、感丛根病品种间苗期某些生理生化指标进行比较研究,结果表明:(1)在病地和无病地上甜菜抗、感丛根病品种间叶黄素、类胡萝卜素和植素含量均有明显差异,且抗病品种含量高于感病品种;(2)酚类物质的含量,抗病品种在病地上高于感病品种,而无病地上差异无规律;(3)块根中可溶性蛋白含量,抗病品种高于感病品种,而蛋白酶活性抗病品种低于感病品种。上述结果可作为苗期抗病生理选种与鉴定的参考生理指标。

Abstract:The study showed that (1)wherever in diseased soil or non-diseased soil,the contents of phytoxanthin,carotenoid and phytate of the resistant sugarbeet varieties to Rhizomania were all higher than the susceptible ones evidently.(2)The resistant varieties had higher content of phenol compounds than the susceptible ones in diseased soil and the difference in non-diseased soil isn't remarkable.(3)The content of soluble protein in the roots of the resistant varieties were higher than that of the susceptible ones.On the contrary,the proteinase activity of the resistant varieties were lower than that of the susceptible ones.The results can be used as the physiological indexes to breeding and identification of resistance to Rhizomania in the seedling stage of sugarbeet.
