摘    要:以锌焙砂为原料,经氨水、碳酸氢铵浸出,浸出液经雾化热解、煅烧,制得活性氧化锌。研究表明,锌焙砂在NH3/NH4+=2.5∶1、总氨浓度为8 mol/L、液固比=8∶1、时间1 h、温度35℃条件下,一段浸出液锌含量为54.34 g/L,浸出率为82.56%,经过两段逆流浸出,锌含量可达到97.62 g/L,氨浸锌平均浸出率达97%以上。浸出液经锌粉置换除杂,净化后液进行雾化分解,在雾化器进口温度为340℃,出口温度≥180℃的条件下,制得白色前躯体,在400℃条件下用马弗炉煅烧1 h,得到长度不大于2μm的针状活性氧化锌。

Abstract:A process to prepare highly active zinc oxide has been present.Zinc calcine was leached by ammonia and ammonium bicarbonate,then leaching solution was treated by aerosol decomposition and calcination to prepare zinc oxide.The results show that zinc calcine under the conditions as follow: NH3/NH4+ is 2.5∶1,the total ammonia concentration of 8 mol / L,liquid-solid ratio of 8∶1,1 hour,35 ℃,the zinc content of lixivium is 54.34 g/L,leaching rate is 82.56%,after two counter-current leaching,the zinc content is up to 97.62 g/L.To consider the potential leaching of zinc,the average leaching rate is more than 97%.Lixivium impurity removal by zinc replacement,depurative liquid decompose by atomizing,under the conditions of the inlet temperature in the atomizer for the 340℃,outlet temperature ≥ 180 ℃,get the first white compound,then under the conditions of 400℃,calcined it in the muffle furnace for 1 hour.At last the needle-like,and the length is not bigger than 2μm's active zinc oxide was gained.
