超临界锅炉安全经济温度控制域的研究

摘    要:超临界锅炉因高温管内氧化皮剥落堵塞导致超温爆管一直困扰许多大型火力发电厂安全生产。某些电厂常用降低主蒸汽温度的方法来降低管壁温度,达到减缓氧化皮生成、控制氧化皮剥落与阻塞、防止管道超温爆管的目的。本文基于超临界锅炉常用管材的特性分析,得到了管材的许用温度控制线,同时导出了不同效率下防止氧化皮产生的经济运行温度线,以此确立了超临界锅炉安全经济温度控制域,可为电厂降负荷提供理论指导。

Abstract:The tube burst of supercritical boiler for over temperature led oxide scale growth and exfoliation which has plagued many large thermal power plant safety.In order to reduce oxide formation,the control scale growth and exfoliation,and to prevent over-temperature tube burst,some plants commonly use the way that reduas the temperature of the main steam and the load of the unit to lower the temperature of tube.Based on common characteristics of the tube supercritical boiler,this article are derived the allowable temperature control line of tube and economic operation temperature line which derived under the different efficiency of the economy line to prevent oxide production.These two lines establish the safe and economical temperature control domain,which provide theoretical guidance of reducing load of power plant.
