数值研究海洋平台高温烟气流动特性及影响直升机起降的安全性评估

摘    要:本文以海洋平台上排烟设备所排放的高温烟气为研究对象,通过流体力学(CFD)的计算方法,建立了烟气流动的气相多组分流动及传热数学模型,分析了海洋平台上高温烟气的流动及传热特性。同时,计算分析了高温烟气流动对海洋平台上直升飞机起飞和降落的影响,并对烟气扩散进行安全性分析评估。研究结果表明,当大气风向为平台迎风面和侧风面,大气风速大于3 m/s时,高温烟气扩散对直升飞机的起飞和降落产生影响。模拟计算获得的烟气温度随高度的变化规律与FLACS商业软件的计算结果基本吻合。研究结果证明采用气相多组分流动及传热数学模型研究海洋平台上排放的高温烟气的扩散规律具有一定的可靠性,并对研究海洋平台上的烟气扩散规律提供理论依据。

Abstract:The aim of this study is the high-temperature exhausted gas on the offshore platform.By using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) method,flow and heat transfer models for gas phase with multiple components were established,and the flow and heat transfer models characteristics of high-temperature exhausted gas on the offshore platform were analyzed.Meanwhile,effects on takeoff and landing of helicopter by flow of high-temperature exhausted gas on offshore platform were calculated and analyzed,and safety evaluation was also done for diffusion of exhausted gas.Results show that when the wind flows from windward side and side wind,the velocity of wind is greater than 3m/s,the diffusion of high-temperature exhausted gas will affect takeoff and landing of helicopter.Temperature of exhausted gas along height coincides with result calculated by FLACS software.It is demonstrated that using the flow and heat transfer models for gas phase with multiple components to study diffusing law of high-temperature exhausted gas on offshore platform is reliable.It could also provided theory support for study on diffusing law of exhausted gas on offshore platform.
