固化成型加工秸秆燃料受力分析

摘    要:提出了一种新型的高产量、低能耗秸秆燃料成型机结构。新型成型机采用立式结构,环模采用组合结构。通过采用较大成型腔截面积和减少运动件数目,降低了设备能耗。分析了新型秸秆成型机的秸秆燃料挤压成型过程,复杂的成型型腔大致划分为五个工作区。在采用ANSYS软件建模仿真分析和对多种成型机磨损情况察看分析的基础上,给出了成型过程中秸秆燃料所受正压力和摩擦力分布图。上述研究结果对秸秆燃料成型机设计有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:This paper presents a structure of a new type of high-production,low-power straw briquetting machine.The new type machine is a vertical structure,its briquetting modle is a ring type composited structure.The cross-sectional area of molding cavity is enlarged and the number of moving parts of the equipment is reduced to achieve lower energy consumption.The complex briquetting process can be roughly divided into five working areas based on the analysis of the compress process of straw stem in straw briquetting machine.The distribution digram of pressure and friction force acted on straw stem in the forming and keeping area are presented based on the modeling and simulation analysis with ANSYS software and the analysis on the wear-out parts of the machine.The research results of this paper have important significance to the design of the straw fuel briquetting machine.
