摘    要:竹胶板行业蒸汽烘房是竹胶板制作过程中的一重要环节,烘房的质量直接影响了企业的效益,对它的研究也越来越受到大家的重视。论文通过FLUENT软件对烘房进行模拟并用试验测试验证了烘房计算模型的可靠,最后通过应用可靠的计算模型对烘房进行优化设计。

Abstract:Steam drying oven is an important step of the Bamboo Plywood production process in Bamboo Plywood industry,the quality of drying oven directly affects the efficiency of enterprises,therefore,more and more attentions had been paid to this research.The paper simulated the drying oven by FLUENT software and verified dying oven computational model reliable by experimental tests,finally optimize the dying oven through the use of reliable computing model.
