摘    要:本文基于热轧生产过程原始数据,对影响热轧吨钢电耗的影响因素利用Minitab软件中回归工具进行了相关分析,确定了影响热轧吨钢电耗的主要因素,并建立了吨钢电耗的多元线性回归模型,通过与重新选取的原始数据建立的模型进行对比,证明该预测模型具有较高的预报精度。

Abstract:Based on the raw data of the hot rolling process,the article uses regression correlation analysis tool in Minitab to analyse the influencing factors of power consumption of hot-rolled steel.It confirms the main factors and establishes multiple linear regression model of power consumption of per ton steel.The comparison of the prediction and the actual result shows that the forecast model has high accuracy.
