内溢流式工业环流反应器的流体力学和传递性能

摘    要:对具有溢流窗及二次气体分布器的工业生产用 40 m 3 内溢流式工业环流反应器的流体力学和传递性能作了研究,据此得到了表观气速、装液量和二次气体分布器对反应器的主要设计参数:气含率、循环液速、传氧系数等性质的影响,并给出了各性质的关联式。同时建立了描述混合特性的模型。经生产实践检验可用于设计放大。

Abstract:The hydrodynam ics and transfer properties in a 40 m 3 airlift reactor w ithoverflow ing w indow s and second air sparger for industrialuse have been studied. The ef fects ofsuperficialgas velocity, liquid loading and second air sparger upon the m ain designparam eters: gas holdup, recycling liquid velocity, oxygen transfer coefficienthave been in vestigated experim entally. Expressions relevant to these param eters w ere also derived. Am odel describing m ixing behavior w as established. Its effectiveness in use of industrialscale up have been verified by practice.
