摘    要:气门锻模正常失效方式为磨损、压塌和冷热疲劳裂纹。本文介绍了组合式凹模的结构并进行了应力分析 ,指出非正常开裂的主要原因为预应力模套与锻模过盈配合量不足。结合气门锻模的特点 ,对凹模的预热、中间去应力退火及中途停工保温的实际操作进行了讨论

Abstract:The failure modes of the combination valve hot forging die in normal working condition are wear,collapse or cold hot fatigue crack.But the die would fail as split in some anomalous condition,mainly because of insufficient tolerance in the close fit between the die and the sleeve.This paper discuses the practical operation of die preheat,stress-relief-annealing and temperature holding during down time and their effects on split prevention.
