圆锯片的CCD图像测量

摘    要:基于CCD的图像测量技术,对圆锯片采集四幅不同区域的局部图像分别进行数字图像处理.测量参数为圆锯片内孔直径及其圆度误差、外圆直径、齿尖角、径向前角和径向后角.实验对象为杭州小林金刚石刀具有限公司生产的BT刃型合金锯片,测量结果如下:内孔直径为25.212 mm±0.022 mm,外圆直径为193.643mm±0.169mm,内孔圆度误差为0.012 mm,齿尖角为59.966°±0.282°,径向前角为15.333°±0.199°,径向后角为14.700°±0.159°,各参数符合圆锯片的技术要求.

Abstract:Based on the CCD image measurement technology, four partial images of circular saw blade were collected, and thire digital images were processed respectively. The measuring parameters are the inside circle diameters and its roundness error, outside circle diameters, crown angle and radial rake and radial direction clearance angle. And then obtained average value will be obtained. Examination sample is BT alloy circular saw blade. Experiment showed that the diameters of the inside circle and the outside circle, the roundness error, the crown angle and the radial rake, the radial direction clearance angle are 25.212 mm±0.022 mm, 193.643 mm±0. 169 mm, 0.012 mm, 59.966°±0.282°, 15. 333°±0. 199°, 14. 700°±0. 15 9° respectively.All parameters can meet the requirements.
