摘    要:针对我国的燃料资源特点以及改善干燥工艺经济性的需求,开发了一种以原煤为燃料的直接式干燥介质发生系统。该系统通过机械化给煤、区域控温、多次进风等技术手段实现原煤的脱硫和稳定、高效、高温燃烧,通过多级旋涡凝聚式高温烟气除尘装置实现烟气的净化,通过控温、混风、配风最终得到温度和风量大幅度精确可调的高洁净度干燥介质。与其他干燥介质发生系统相比,该系统可以使生产成本下降20%~50%,可以有效地控制干燥介质中烟尘和硫化物含量,可以用于对纯净度没有过高要求的各种干燥工艺过程。介绍了这种干燥介质发生系统的工艺原理、应用效果、适用领域和发展前景。

Abstract:In consideration of the structure of fuel resources in China and the need to optimize economic benefit in material's drying process in industries, a kind of coal-based direct producing system for high cleanness drying medium (CBDHC) is suggested and developed by the author. Up to now, about 100 CBDHC systems have been used in all China onto about 30s kinds of product. In CBDHC system, row-coal is burnt in high steadiness, efficiency and temperature, and even some desulphurizing effect is expected also, through mechanically coal feeding, multi-section temperature regulating and separately air feeding. The burnt gas could be effectively cleaned through multi-stage vortex-coacervating dedustor at high temperature. The temperature and rate of drying medium could be adjusted in wide range and high accuracy by air-mixing control system. The CBDHC system, compared with other drying medium producing systems, about 20%~50% production cost could saved, the dust density and SO2 concentration could be control effectively, and could be used in any drying process that does not require very high cleanness. In this paper, the principles, effects, applied materials and developing prospects about CBDHC system are presented and discussed.
