| 摘 要： | 从药用植物恒山黄芪的根、茎、叶中分离出49株内生真菌,经抗菌活性检测,筛选出1株具有高活性广谱抗菌的菌株AR08,经形态特征和ITS序列鉴定菌株AR08为烟曲霉(As-pergillus fumigatus).其抗菌谱表明,它对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌及测试的植物病原真菌均具有很强的抗性.

| Abstract: | Fourty-nine strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the root,stem and leaf of Astragalus membranaceus,among them the strain AR08 had stronger antimicrobial activity and wider antimicrobial spectrum.The classification results showed that AR08 identified as Aspergillus fumigatus.It had strong resistance to G+ bacteria,G-bacteria and plant pathogenic fungi. |
