基于LabVIEW的线束测试仪设计

摘    要:根据汽车线束生产企业的实际生产需求,在具备通用性的基础上,利用虚拟仪器设计线束导通测试仪,并设计出了扩展其接口数量的扩展电路以及接插口的形式.所设计的汽车测试仪具备查找连接的断路、短路、导通电阻过大、绝缘电阻过小的功能,给出检测结论.

Abstract:According to the exact demand of automotive cable harness producing enterprise and the basic point of universal testing,it describe the designing of cable harness testing machine built on the Vir-tual Instrument platform(LabVIEW),the designing of testing I/O expanding circuit and the form of the ports.The system is capable of detecting errors,which including open circuit,short circuit,overlarge resis-tance and deficiency of insulation resistance,display the result of one test.
