| 摘 要： | 选用烧碱作为退煮剂,而后用纤维素酶处理,以减轻甚至消除苎麻织物的刺痒感.实验选用四种纤维素酶,通过对比,优选出酸性纤维素酶APL,再通过单因素试验及正交试验,通过测试处理后织物的毛效、白度、断裂强力、强降率、失重率和手感等指标,选出改善苎麻织物刺痒感的最优工艺.并结合柔软剂使织物获得最好的手感.

| Abstract: | This article uses NaOH to treat the ramie cloth for desizing and scouring,and then uses cellulase processing in order to reduce or even eliminate the itch feeling of the ramie cloth.The experiment uses four kinds of cellulases,and through comparison,it selects the optimal acidic cellulase APL.Through single factor experiment and orthogonal test,the properties of capillary effect,whiteness,breaking strength,weight loss and softness are tested so that the best process for improving the itch feeling of ramie c... |
