摘    要:研究了金属回收设备上的板状零件大平面板件的连续感应淬火工艺。在自制的淬火机床上对金属板件进行淬火处理,取得了降低能耗和成本、提高工效、简化操作的效果,分析了板件感应淬火畸变的产生机理和主要影响因素。

Abstract:The continuous induction hardening technology for large-scale plate parts of metal recovery equipment has been investigated.With the self-developed quenching machine,the induction hardening processes were performed.The results show that this technology has advantage,such as lower energy consumption and cost,high efficiency,and simple operation.The quench deformation mechanism of plate parts as well as the main factors are also analyzed.
