高精度智能恒压泵控制系统的设计

摘    要:高精度智能恒压泵控制系统是以AT89C51单片机为核心,辅以一定的外围器件组成的压力闭环控制系统。该系统通过对压力进行连续采样,由PID调节器运算得出控制参数,对系统执行机构进行控制,从而维持压力恒定。该设计采用了可视化操作系统,使设备操作简单方便。实地测试表明,系统功能与精度完全满足使用要求。

Abstract:The intelligent high--accuracy and constant--pressure pump control system is pressure closed loop control system that takes AT 89C51 single-ship processor as its core and is complemented by certain peripheral equipments. The system maintains the pressure constant through continuous sampling to pressure, and PID adjuster operating and obtaining control parameter to control the system implementing part. The design has adopted visible operation system to make operation easy and convenient. The testing on the spot has proved that system function and accuracy can meet the needs completely.
