| 摘 要： | 首先分析了绿色基础设施概念的来源,认为绿色基础设施相对于绿带、绿道、生态网络这些绿地规划概念,它在规划的主动性、功能的复合型和弹性3个方面表现出优势.最后探讨目前绿色基础设施规划实施面临的问题和挑战,主要表现在:单一尺度的绿地系统规划不能充分发挥绿色基础设施功效,市场条件下绿色基础设施参与利益博弈,参与绿色基础设施规划编制主体单一,行政藩篱一定程度上阻碍规划实施这4个方面.最后提出了解决困境的方法和策略.
